SIDING INSTALLATION

The siding materials for your project will be dropped off at your home either the day before or the day your project is scheduled to begin.  We use dump trailers, but if a dumpster is necessary, that will also be dropped off prior to the beginning of the project.

 Prior to removing your existing siding, we'll lay out tarps to protect fragile plants, flower beds, and other sensitive areas before our work begins.

Upon tear-off, all under sheathing will be thoroughly inspected for damage and rot.  Any and all damaged sheathing will be replaced prior to installation.

We install a vapor barrier and make sure to tape all seams and around windows and doors to block moisture from coming in your home.

 We then install the soffit and fascia pieces, window and door wraps and new siding and trim. During this process, we use top-quality sealants for maximum weatherproofing and durability. 

Once the installation is complete, the final cleanup begins.  We do a thorough inspection of the property for debris and sweep the property for loose nails.

The project manager and sales rep will thoroughly inspect the project to ensure it meets Evolution Exteriors strict standards.
